1. Order Processing & Shipping
- In Stock Orders: Orders for items in stock are processed within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days.
- Out-of-Stock Orders: If an item is out of stock at the time of purchase, it will take an additional 7-14 business days to process while we restock the item. You will be notified via email with an updated estimated shipping date.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on delivery location.
2. Returns & Exchanges
- Eligibility: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unopened, unused products.
- Condition of Products: Hair must be in it's original, unaltered condition for returns to be processed. Products that have been opened, used, or altered cannot be returned.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, customers must contact us at therawhairsourcecstservice@gmail.com for approval and instructions.
3. Quality & Assurance
- Inspection: All raw hair products undergo a rigorous inspection for quality, texture and length before shipping.
- Damage During Shipping: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.

- Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- Payment Method: We accept all major credit cards.
- Price Adjustments: Prices are subject to change without notice. Discounts or promotions are not retroactive.
